Microsoft 365 Migration & Tenant Modernisation
Moving the organisation from on-premise file servers to the cloud — and modernising the Microsoft tenant itself, from SharePoint Classic to modern SharePoint — at a scale of more than 15 terabytes of live data.
- The challenge
- Legacy file services and scattered on-premise repositories were siloed by site, hard to govern, and tied everyday work to aging infrastructure — and the documents inside them carried embedded links and macros that had to survive the move intact.
- What I led
- Managed the on-premise-to-cloud migration and tenant modernisation end to end: over 15 TB of data migrated to the cloud, including the migration of embedded links and macros from on-premise documents into SharePoint, so files arrived working — not just copied. In parallel, I managed Microsoft vendor license procurement across multiple categories, keeping licensing aligned to the modernised estate.
- Strength in focus
- Migration integrity at scale — tens of thousands of documents moved without breaking the links and macros people rely on every day, and without interrupting frontline services.
15 TB+ migrated to the cloud with embedded links and macros preserved, inside a modernised, governed Microsoft tenant.

SharePoint Modernisation
A separate, dedicated workstream: taking SharePoint from Classic to Modern — rebuilding the intranet and the external-facing workflows that run on it.
- The challenge
- The SharePoint estate still ran on the Classic experience — an intranet and external-facing workflows built on a platform Microsoft was leaving behind, limiting search, collaboration, and mobile use.
- What I led
- Led the modernisation from SharePoint Classic to modern SharePoint: modernising the SharePoint intranet and the external-facing workflows as their own line item within the wider tenant modernisation, so communications and cross-organisation processes run on the modern platform.
- Strength in focus
- Treating modernisation as more than a technical upgrade — the intranet people open every morning and the external workflows partners depend on both had to land better than they started.
A modern SharePoint intranet and external-facing workflows, running on the current platform with governed, role-based access.

MFA Replacement
Replacing the legacy multi-factor authentication system with the enterprise MFA solution — and saving over $200,000 a year in the process.
- The challenge
- The legacy MFA system was costly to run and no longer the right foundation for how the organisation signs in and proves identity.
- What I led
- Replaced the legacy MFA system with the enterprise MFA solution, leading the significant change management that comes with changing how every member of staff signs in — communications, support, and adoption across the organisation.
- Strength in focus
- Change management at full-organisation scale: a security control that touches every user, every day, changed over without locking people out of their work.
Over $200,000 saved annually, with modern enterprise authentication in place across the organisation.

HR Application Deployment — UKG WFM, Built From Scratch
Implementing a human resources application from nothing: a sister site that had no system at all got a full workforce management platform, implemented and onboarded from scratch.
- The challenge
- A brand-new site with no existing HR system — no staff management or scheduling tooling in place, and everything to establish for the first time.
- What I led
- Implemented the UKG WFM (Workforce Management) solution from scratch and onboarded the site onto it for staff management and scheduling — standing up the platform, the processes around it, and the people using it.
- Strength in focus
- Greenfield delivery: when there is no legacy system to migrate, the work is designing the process itself — and getting a new organisation running on it.
UKG WFM live from a standing start — staff management and scheduling running on a modern workforce platform.

Audit Log Retention & Monitoring
Making sure the organisation can prove what happened in its systems: audit logs retained properly, and monitoring run through enterprise tools deployed to meet privacy standards.
- The challenge
- Audit logs and system monitoring have to satisfy two demands at once — security teams need visibility, and privacy standards govern how long activity records are kept and who can see them.
- What I led
- Deployed enterprise monitoring tools and managed how audit logs are retained and monitored through them, aligning retention and monitoring practice with privacy standards across the estate.
- Strength in focus
- Governance that holds up under scrutiny — monitoring designed around privacy requirements from the start, not retrofitted after an audit finding.
Enterprise-grade audit log retention and monitoring, deployed and managed to meet privacy standards.

Server End-of-Life Remediation
Closing a major security gap before it closed on us: multiple aging server systems replaced ahead of end-of-life — and the ones that had to stay, formally protected beyond it.
- The challenge
- Servers approaching end-of-life become unsupported platforms — an open security and compliance risk. Some systems could be replaced outright; others, including servers on the 2016 platform, still carried services that could not simply be switched off.
- What I led
- Directed the remediation across multiple systems: replacing end-of-life servers with current, supported platforms, and for the 2016 servers that had to remain, obtaining ESU (Extended Security Updates) and meeting the Azure Arc requirements needed to keep them maintained beyond their end-of-life date — still receiving extended security updates and support.
- Strength in focus
- Security held to the highest, most modern standard: nothing left running unprotected — every system either moved to a current platform or formally covered by extended security updates and support.
End-of-life risk closed — systems replaced, and the remainder protected with ESU and Azure Arc beyond end-of-life.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
Readiness you hope never to use: working with a specialist third-party vendor to build continuity plans specific to each business unit — and making sure they would actually work.
- The challenge
- A generic continuity plan fails the moment a real incident hits a specific service. Each business unit needed a plan shaped around its own operations, ready to deploy if needed.
- What I led
- Worked with a third-party vendor to lead this program: planning out business-specific disaster recovery and business continuity plans, defining each plan around the specifics of every business unit, and revising them to ensure they were workable — so readiness was real, and the organisation was ready to deploy them if needed.
- Strength in focus
- Plans tested against reality, unit by unit — continuity as an operational capability, not a document on a shelf.
Business-unit-specific recovery and continuity plans, defined, revised, and ready to deploy.

Digital Pathology — Modern Imaging & Scanning
Currently ongoing, and a multi-million-dollar program: replacing microscopes with modern pathology imaging and scanning — hardware, imaging software, health-system integration, and AI capabilities.
- The challenge
- Pathology still depended on current microscopes — physical slides, viewed in one place, by one person at a time, with no digital route into the wider health information system.
- What I led
- Leading the ongoing replacement of microscopes with modern pathology imaging and scanning tools — the scanning hardware and the imaging software together — integrated into the health information system, with AI capabilities built into the platform.
- Strength in focus
- The benefits compound: digital slides can be shared for specialist review without moving glass, cases become searchable and measurable, AI support comes into the workflow, and pathology joins the same connected record as the rest of care.
A multi-million-dollar digital pathology platform in delivery — imaging, software, HIS integration, and AI, replacing the microscope era.

Diagnostic Imaging & PACS — Annual Upgrade and Move to Cloud
Keeping diagnostic imaging current twice over: the annual upgrade of the existing PACS system, and the bigger move — migrating PACS from on-premise to the cloud.
- The challenge
- PACS is the backbone of diagnostic imaging — it cannot fall behind, and it cannot go down. The existing system needed its annual upgrade delivered safely, while its long-term home on on-premise infrastructure was itself becoming the constraint.
- What I led
- Delivered the annual upgrade of the existing PACS system for diagnostic imaging, and led the migration of the PACS software from on-premise to cloud — a multi-million-dollar move for one of the most critical clinical platforms in the portfolio.
- Strength in focus
- Zero-drama delivery on a system clinicians depend on minute by minute — upgraded every year, then re-platformed to the cloud.
PACS upgraded and migrated to the cloud — diagnostic imaging running on a modern, cloud-based platform.
Healthcare SystemsLab PortfolioAutomation
Chemistry Automation Line
A multi-million-dollar, top-of-the-line modern solution that automates lab testing — and changes how the lab works end to end.
- The challenge
- Chemistry testing carried heavy manual handling — samples moved, loaded, and tracked by hand, which caps throughput and ties skilled staff to repetitive steps.
- What I led
- Implemented a multi-million-dollar, top-of-the-line modern solution that automates lab testing to a significant extent, connecting the testing workflow end to end.
- Strength in focus
- This changes everything about the line: automated handling means higher throughput, more consistent turnaround, fewer manual touchpoints where errors creep in, and laboratory staff freed for the work that actually needs their expertise.
A multi-million-dollar automated chemistry line in production — lab testing modernised end to end.
Healthcare SystemsImaging PortfolioCT
CT Scanners with Power Injectors
Deploying new, modern CT scanners with power injectors — another multi-million-dollar clinical technology implementation in the imaging portfolio.
- The challenge
- Imaging capacity and image quality are set by the scanners themselves; aging CT equipment limits both what can be scanned and how confidently it can be read.
- What I led
- Implemented new, modern CT scanners together with power injectors — deploying multi-million-dollar imaging technology into live clinical service.
- Strength in focus
- Capital clinical technology delivered into a working department — modern scanning and injection capability where image quality and throughput directly affect diagnosis.
Modern CT scanners with power injectors deployed — a multi-million-dollar uplift to diagnostic imaging capability.

Health Information System Replacement — Support
Supporting the replacement of the existing health information system: a massive, multi-million-dollar effort that also saved multi-million-dollar resources — and huge numbers of staff hours — by moving from paper-based work to automation.
- The challenge
- The existing health information system sat underneath everyday clinical and administrative work, much of it still paper-based — replacing it is among the largest undertakings a health organisation can attempt.
- What I supported
- Supported the replacement program — a multi-million-dollar implementation — as paper-based processes were rebuilt as automated workflows on the new system.
- Strength in focus
- The double return on a program this size: multi-million-dollar resources saved, and large volumes of resource hours handed back as manual, paper-based work became automated.
A multi-million-dollar HIS replacement supported into delivery, with multi-million-dollar resource savings and major staff hours saved through automation.
Healthcare SystemsMedical IoTIT Portfolio
Medical IoT — Connected Device Tracking & Management
Supporting the implementation of a medical IoT solution that tracks and manages the devices that connect to the internet — so every connected device is onboarded securely and safely.
- The challenge
- Clinical environments run on connected devices of every kind. Without a way to track and manage them all, devices join the network unseen — a security risk and an operational blind spot.
- What I supported
- Supported the implementation of a medical IoT solution helping to track and manage all forms of devices that connect to the internet, enabling more secure and safe onboarding of devices and tools onto the network.
- Strength in focus
- Visibility as a security control: knowing what is connected, and governing how it joins, is what makes a connected clinical environment safe to run.
Connected medical devices tracked and managed, with secure, safe onboarding for devices and tools.
Cloud & MigrationAsset TrackingIT Portfolio
Asset Management Tracking — Newer System, Then the Cloud
A two-step modernisation of the asset management tracking solution: upgraded from on-premise to a newer system — and then from on-premise to the cloud.
- The challenge
- The asset tracking solution was on an aging on-premise version — the organisation first needed onto a newer system, and ultimately off on-premise infrastructure altogether.
- What I led
- Upgraded the asset management tracking solution to a newer version, then migrated it from on-premise to the cloud — sequencing the version upgrade and the platform move as two deliberate steps.
- Strength in focus
- Modernisation without the big-bang risk: version first, platform second, asset records intact throughout.
Asset tracking on a newer, cloud-based system — off aging on-premise infrastructure.

Appointment Reminder Tool
Implementing a new appointment reminder tool for patients — replacing the existing reminder tool so patients are reminded appropriately, every time.
- The challenge
- The existing appointment reminder tool no longer served patients or clinics well — reminders are a small system with an outsized effect on attendance and scheduling.
- What I led
- Implemented a new appointment reminder tool, replacing the existing one, so patients are reminded of their appointments appropriately.
- Strength in focus
- Patient-facing reliability: the right reminder, to the right patient, at the right time — a quiet system that protects clinic schedules every day.
A modern appointment reminder tool in place, replacing the legacy tool for patient reminders.
Cloud & MigrationNintexOngoing
Nintex Forms Replacement
Currently ongoing: replacing Nintex forms — the forms and workflow layer built on the well-known Nintex platform — with their modern successors.
- The challenge
- Forms built on Nintex are woven into everyday processes; as the surrounding SharePoint platform modernised, the forms layer had to be replaced without breaking the workflows staff depend on.
- What I am leading
- Working to replace the Nintex forms — inventorying the forms in use, prioritising them, and rebuilding them on the modern platform as part of the wider modernisation program.
- Strength in focus
- Continuity through change: every form accounted for and replaced deliberately, so no business process is stranded on a retiring platform.
Nintex forms replacement in progress — forms being rebuilt on the modern platform, process by process.
Data & PlatformsSalesforceVaccine Management
Vaccine Management — Supporting the Covax Setup
Supporting the setup of Covax — the Salesforce-based vaccine management system — for a large-scale vaccination program, alongside master data management across 20+ clinic sites.
- The challenge
- High-volume vaccination clinics ran on disconnected spreadsheets and manual tracking — data quality issues undermined the population-level metrics that leadership and government stakeholders depended on.
- What I supported
- Supported the setup of Covax, a Salesforce database management system for vaccine management, as clinics moved onto a real-time, auditable platform; coordinated end-to-end workflows for intake, validation, transformation, and reporting; led evaluation and rollout of a master data management system unifying patient and clinic records across 20+ sites; and defined data governance standards and validation rules.
- Strength in focus
- Data you can defend: one governed record of vaccination activity, translated into decision-ready analytics for program leadership.
A single source of truth for vaccine reporting — fewer data entry errors, faster reporting turnaround, and more reliable population-level metrics.
Healthcare SystemsFounderSymptom Management
Symptomata — My Own Product
Symptomata is my own product: a self-founded solution for symptom management, taken from concept to a working, EHR-integrated MVP.
- The challenge
- Building a credible digital health product from zero — technology, regulation, and market — with a small founding team.
- What I led
- As founder, led project planning, technical delivery, and vendor coordination for a cloud-hosted symptom management platform with EHR integration, while navigating regulatory, legal, and market requirements across North America.
- Strength in focus
- The founder's lens behind my delivery style: scope honestly, ship the MVP, and let real requirements — not assumptions — drive the roadmap.
Concept to MVP delivered — a self-founded symptom management product with EHR integration.

Vendor & Contract Management
Not just managing contracts — supporting the systems those contracts cover, and ensuring their business continuity and maintenance across every portfolio.
- The challenge
- A contract signed is not a system supported. Across a portfolio of strategic technology partners, value leaks away unless someone owns the relationship, the service levels, and the ongoing health of the systems themselves.
- What I led
- Built and ran vendor and contract management frameworks — SLAs, performance benchmarks, renewal cycles, escalation protocols — and went beyond the paperwork: supporting the systems in service, and ensuring their business continuity and maintenance, including Microsoft vendor license procurement across multiple categories.
- Strength in focus
- Ownership after signature: vendors held to their commitments, and the systems they supply kept running, maintained, and continuous for the business.
Vendor relationships managed end to end — contracts, system support, continuity, and maintenance across the portfolio.
